I am Tara and I live in Newtownabbey. I am 48, my hair is greying at the sides and my body might well think it’s a whole lot older, but I make up for it with the enthusiasm of a teenager. I love a good laugh, I love a wee bit of cheeky banter, I care about people, I am loyal, I go above and beyond, and I give everything 
My family means everything to me. I just love spending time together in the great outdoors. I love hiking, being in the mountains, dandering through forests, swimming in the sea and body boarding. I am obsessed with bluebells, chilling on the sofa, scoffing chinese takeaways, watching detective shows, laughing and eating crisps and haribo. I am obsessed with documenting ALL of this and more.
As a photographer I am good at making people feel relaxed. I am good at capturing emotion, and all the random wee moments that people don’t even notice happening. On a wedding day I do a lot of multi tasking. I have been known to iron a groom’s shirt, feed a baby and play football…. all whilst taking photos 
. Most people say I end up feeling like part of the family…. after all everyone has a crazy aunt don’t they.
Whilst my social media accounts are mainly geared towards weddings I also photograph small businesses, families, kids, parties, schools, sports days, concerts… the list is pretty endless. I may or may not bring my yellow coat…. you just have to wait and see 
In 2023 I qualified as a Licenciate Member of the Professional Photographers Association of Northern Ireland.
